Sleeping Quarters near the Forbidden Zone. - 1977
Being late in the day we decided to overnight near the border rather than try to find accomodation in nearby Lubeck.
We toured Europe like this for 6 weeks, sleeping in the car and lived on $5 a day.
Of course we are now seeing young German tourists doing this in Australia today.
