James Price Point, North of Broome has been the subject of considerable controversy in recent times.
Although I have been to very many beautiful spots along the Dampier Peninsular I had never been to James Price Point, so while in Broome we decided to experience the area first hand.
We spotted many whales migrating Northwards about a kilometre offshore.
After recent and out of season torrential rains, the area was very lush with green vegetation and many Mulla Mulla plants in flower.
This plant caught my attention and creates a great contrast to the glowing earthy reds of the cliffs, and the brilliant blue sea.
