Devonian Green

The Leonard River carves its way in a vertical walled gorge though the Napier Range which is an ancient barrier coral reef, similar to the present day Great Barrier Reef, but now hundreds of kilometres from the sea and formed during the Devonian Epoch.
The dozens of freshwater crocodiles basking in the primeval green waters of the pools in the gorge overwhelmingly re-inforce the timeless Kimberley experience.
